Sunshine? Check. Craving something cool and caffeinated? Double check.

Let us show you how to make a smooth, refreshing iced latte—barista-style, but easy enough to whip up in your own kitchen.

You’ll Need:

  • A double shot of espresso (or 60ml strong brewed coffee)
  • Ice
  • Cold milk (we love whole milk, oat, or almond)
  • Optional: simple syrup, honey, or vanilla for a little sweetness

How To Make It:

  1. Brew your espresso.
Let it cool slightly so it doesn’t melt all the ice immediately. No espresso machine? Use a Moka pot, AeroPress, or even a strong cafetière brew.
  2. Fill a glass with ice.
Go big—no one wants a half-hearted iced latte.
  3. Add your espresso.
Pour it over the ice, letting the coffee chill quickly.
  4. Top with milk.
Pour your cold milk over the top. For a layered look, pour slowly and admire the swirl.
  5. Sweeten (optional).
Add a splash of simple syrup or honey and give it a stir.

Flat Cap Tip:

Use our Brazilian or Mexican coffee for a rich, smooth iced latte with chocolate and caramel notes. Or go fruity and floral with a lighter Ethiopian for something a bit different!

That’s it!

Cool, creamy, and caffeinated—just how we like it.
