Delivery & Collection

We want your coffee to reach you as fresh as possible. We usually roast and dispatch orders on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, with orders sent as quickly as possible after roasting.

During particularly busy periods or around public holidays, dispatch may take a little longer, but we always do our best to get your coffee roasted, packed and on its way on the dispatch days above.

UK Coffee Orders

Orders under £30 are charged £4.95 delivery, which covers postage and packaging.

Coffee orders of £30 or more qualify for FREE UK delivery.

We use APC Overnight as our standard courier, with parcels collected directly from our Wiltshire roastery. APC provides a premium tracked delivery service, helping us get your freshly roasted coffee to you quickly and reliably. On occasion, we may use DPD or Evri where appropriate.

APC operates a next-working-day service following collection from our roastery; however, delivery times cannot be absolutely guaranteed.

Need your coffee sooner? We offer a priority express dispatch option for £3.00, available at checkout. Express orders are prioritised for roasting, packing and dispatch via APC.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available to addresses in Ludgershall, Perham Down, Tidworth and Shipton Bellinger, with a minimum order value of £10.

Orders of £30 or more receive free local delivery. Orders under £30 incur a £2.50 delivery charge.

Collection from the Roastery

If you're local, you're very welcome to collect your order directly from our roastery. Please contact us beforehand to arrange collection so we can make sure somebody is available when you arrive.

Equipment Orders

Orders containing coffee equipment may incur a separate delivery charge, as some equipment is dispatched directly from our suppliers. Any applicable delivery charge will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Prices

Courier costs occasionally change, so we may need to amend our delivery charges or free-delivery threshold from time to time. The latest delivery information will always be shown on our website and at checkout.

Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available so you can follow your delivery.
