Shipping policy

All orders are dispatched as quickly as possible. We usually roast on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and orders are posted on these days. In particularly busy periods, or around public holidays there may be a delay but we always strive to get orders roasted and dispatched with minimum delay. 

For coffee orders under £30.00, we charge a £4.95 delivery fee to cover postage and packaging.  These orders will be sent via courier (usually Evri) on a standard service. 

Coffee orders over £30.00 are sent for free using a standard courier service via Evri (for orders under 2kg). There is an option on the checkout page to upgrade this shipping to a faster service, via DPD, for an extra charge. Orders over 2kg are sent via DPD where possible. 

Local delivery is available for addresses in Ludgershall, Perham Down, Tidworth and Shipton Bellinger (minimum order £10.00). Delivery is free for orders over £30.00. Orders under £30.00 will incur a small £2.50 delivery charge. 

If you are local to our Roastery, you are very welcome to collect from us but please do contact us to arrange this so that there is someone at the Roastery.

Delivery on orders with equipment will incur a delivery charge, this is due to the equipment being shipped directly from our suppliers. This charge will be calculated at the checkout page. 

Please note, due to rises in shipping costs, we may need to increase our minimum order value from time to time, and the most up to date information will be found in the announcement bar at the top of our webpage.
