Our House Subscription is the easiest way to keep great coffee coming – and our most popular way to enjoy Flat Cap at home.

Rather than choosing the same coffee each time, leave that bit to us. For every delivery, we'll select a coffee from our range that we think is tasting particularly good, roast it fresh and send it straight to you.

The coffee can change with the seasons, but the character remains reassuringly familiar. Think chocolate, caramel, nuts and gentle natural sweetness – smooth, balanced coffees with plenty of flavour and nothing too wild.

Sometimes we'll choose one of our much-loved blends. Other times it might be a single origin that fits the House style.

We choose what's tasting great. You just make the coffee.

Our House flavour promise

We know that variety is only enjoyable when you actually like what arrives.

That's why the House Subscription isn't where we'll send our most experimental coffees. You won't suddenly open your delivery to find something extremely acidic, unusually fermented or wildly different from the coffee you normally enjoy.

Instead, we select coffees around a familiar flavour profile: rich sweetness, chocolate, caramel, nuts and softer fruit characteristics, with balance at the centre of the cup.

There's still enough variety to keep things interesting – just without the gamble.

We'll select your House coffee, roast it fresh in small batches and prepare it for your delivery.

A little variety, without the risk

Coffee is seasonal, and part of the pleasure of speciality coffee is enjoying different origins and harvests throughout the year.

Your House coffee may therefore change from one delivery to another – although you may occasionally receive the same coffee more than once if it's in season and tasting particularly good.

We don't rotate coffees simply for the sake of it.

If something is tasting fantastic, we're quite happy to send it again.

Frequently Asked Questions

What coffee will I receive?

We'll choose either a blend or single-origin coffee from our range based on what's tasting particularly good at the time. Every selection will stay within our House flavour profile – smooth, balanced, naturally sweet and approachable.

Will I receive a different coffee every time?

Not necessarily. We introduce variety as coffees and harvests change, but we won't rotate coffees simply to make every delivery different. If something is tasting particularly good, you may receive it again.

Will you send very fruity or experimental coffees?

Not as part of the House Subscription. We keep our more unusual, highly fruity or experimental coffees outside the House selection. If you prefer chocolate, caramel, nutty and gently sweet flavour profiles, you're in the right place.

What sizes and grinds are available?

Choose 500g as whole beans or ground for AeroPress, cafetière, espresso, filter, Moka Pot or pour-over. The 1kg option is available as whole bean.

How often will my coffee be delivered?
