Ethiopia & Colombia | Seasonal Blend

Bright, fruity and beautifully smooth, Summer Blend brings together carefully selected Ethiopian and Colombian speciality coffees to create a vibrant seasonal coffee made for warmer days.

We designed the blend around two very different coffee origins. Ethiopian coffees bring the bright citrus, stone-fruit and floral character, while Colombian coffees provide the chocolate sweetness, body and balance that hold everything together.

The individual coffees within Summer Blend can change as harvests and seasons move on, allowing us to select coffees that are tasting at their best while maintaining the bright, smooth and fruit-forward character we want from the blend.

In the cup, expect an initial burst of citrus zest and juicy stone fruit, followed by delicate floral notes and a smooth layer of milk chocolate sweetness. Underneath it all is a rich, rounded body and creamy finish that gives the blend plenty of depth without losing its freshness.

Summer Blend is wonderfully versatile, but it really comes into its own when the weather warms up. Brew it as a bright, expressive filter, enjoy its fruitier side as espresso, or pour it over ice for a refreshing coffee that retains plenty of sweetness and character as it cools.

Vibrant without being sharp and fruity without losing that comforting chocolate depth, Summer Blend is our celebration of brighter coffee, and of the season it was made for.

We always recommend buying whole bean coffee as this is the best for freshness. We are however happy to grind our coffee to your specification if this is how you would prefer it. Please note, we only supply ground coffee in 227g and 500g bags.

As a small independent roastery, we occasionally adjust prices to reflect rising costs and to continue roasting responsibly. Existing subscriptions are unaffected.
