A returning favourite. Creamy, citrusy, and deeply satisfying.
We’re thrilled to welcome back an old favourite! Brazil Sitio da Torre is finally back in the Roastery. This was one of our earliest and most-loved coffees when we first launched, and after a bit of a hiatus, it’s returned tasting better than ever.
Grown in the lush, mountainous landscapes of Mantiqueira de Minas at altitudes of 1,100 to 1,300 metres, this coffee embodies the region’s long-standing reputation for excellence. Sitio da Torre is a fourth-generation family farm with deep roots, a commitment to sustainability, and a passion for exceptional coffee. Certified by Certifica Minas and affiliated with the BSCA, the farm has won an impressive 29 Cup of Excellence awards.
This natural processed Yellow Bourbon microlot bursts with creamy body and a vivid citrus acidity, rounded out by sweet yellow fruit notes and a clean, elegant finish. With a cupping score of 86, it’s a shining example of Brazilian specialty coffee at its best.
