Grown in the hills of Quindío by Luz Helena Salazar - a producer devoted to meticulous cherry selection and refined processing - this lot represents years of focus on specialty-grade production. Every stage, from harvest to honey processing, is handled with precision to preserve structure, sweetness and clarity in the cup.
It is then decaffeinated using the Swiss Water® Process, the industry’s gold standard - a chemical-free method that removes caffeine while protecting the coffee’s natural complexity. It’s slower. It’s more selective. And it demands exceptional green coffee to begin with.
The result is composed and elegant.
A silky, structured body carries layered honeyed sweetness, subtle red fruit brightness and a long, polished cocoa finish. Clean. Balanced. Assured.

This coffee has been prepared using the Swiss Water Processing method.
This is a 100% chemical free process, that leaves no harsh chemical taste. The process involves the green coffee beans being rinsed until 99.9% of the caffeine has been removed without compromising on taste.

We always recommend buying whole bean coffee as this is the best for freshness. We are however happy to grind our coffee to your specification if this is how you would prefer it. Please note, we only supply ground coffee in 227g and 500g bags.
As a small independent roastery, we occasionally adjust prices to reflect rising costs and to continue roasting responsibly. Existing subscriptions are unaffected.
