About This Coffee

This unique coffee comes from the Malabar coast of India, where beans are exposed to the region’s monsoon winds and humidity. During this process, the green coffee swells, softens, and takes on its distinctive pale colour and bold character.

Monsooned Malabar is shaped by these seasonal winds, creating a smooth, low-acidity cup with a rich, full body. The AA grade and large 18 screen beans ensure a consistent roast, delivering deep chocolate notes, gentle spice, and an earthy depth that makes this coffee truly distinctive.

We always recommend buying whole bean coffee as this is the best for freshness. We are however happy to grind our coffee to your specification if this is how you would prefer it.  Please note, we only supply ground coffee in 227g and 500g bags.

As a small independent roastery, we occasionally adjust prices to reflect rising costs and to continue roasting responsibly. Existing subscriptions are unaffected.
