New for 2023! We are pleased to bring you this amazing specialty coffee offering from Nicaragua.

This is an amazing coffee and is becoming a firm favourite that we are sure you will love!

Santa Maria is one of seven estates that reach across Jinotega and Matagalpa and are owned by Victor Robelo as part of the Las Nubes group. Originally bought in the late nineties after the cessation of action by the Contras, the farms were planted with his fathers’ favourite varietals, Yellow Catuai and Caturra. The Santa Maria farm itself produces mainly Caturra, and under the managerial eye of Jimmy Mierisch is focused on producing high quality lots with new processing methods.

In your cup, you can expect notes of cherry, Yoghurt, blueberry, bubblegum, peach, plum with a lingering sweetness topped off with a super smooth body - delicious!

We always recommend buying wholebean coffee as this is the best for freshness. We are however happy to grind our coffee to your specification if this is how you would prefer it.  Please note, we only supply ground coffee in 227g and 500g bags.
