This coffee has been prepared using the Swiss Water Processing method. This is a 100% chemical free process, that leaves no harsh chemical taste. The process involves the green coffee beans being rinsed until 99.9% of the caffeine has been removed without compromising on taste.
We enjoy this coffee in all brew methods but shines well in all espresso methods.
