A lovely balanced coffee grown in the rich volcanic soils of the South Central region of Guatemala. The climate, high altitude and rich soil allow the beans to mature slowly, giving the beans a concentrated flavour.
In your cup, you can expect a smooth body and delicate acidity with hints of chocolate, raspberry, cherry and lime.
This coffee makes a great espresso!
