Farm Story
This coffee is a blend of washed coffee from farmers in the Arusha and Kilimanjaro regions. The name, Mibli Twiga translates as two giraffes and was given to signify the coffees coming together.
Cherries are picked and brought whole to the washing station where they are washed and undergo a fermentation of around 40 hours before more washing and soaking.
Beans are dried on raised beds.
We always recommend buying whole bean coffee as this is the best for freshness. We are however happy to grind our coffee to your specification if this is how you would prefer it. Please note, we only supply ground coffee in 227g and 500g bags for optimal freshness.
