We’re thrilled to welcome this stunning decaf to Flat Cap – a rich and comforting Brazilian coffee, now even more accessible thanks to the gentle Swiss Water decaffeination process. Grown in the lush Cerrado region of Minas Gerais, Savannah is everything you’d expect from a classic Brazilian — nutty, chocolatey, and smooth — with the added bonus of zero caffeine.

Sourced from the Boa Vista and Taboues farms, this lot thrives under Rainforest Alliance practices that protect the local wildlife, including toucans, monkeys, and even the occasional jaguar. The farm’s mix of natural landscapes and careful cultivation produces a coffee that’s consistent, sustainable, and delicious.

Expect mellow notes of milk chocolate, roasted nuts, and a silky body — perfect for your evening brew or anyone looking to cut caffeine without cutting flavour.

This coffee has been prepared using the Swiss Water Processing method. 

This is a 100% chemical free process, that leaves no harsh chemical taste. The process involves the green coffee beans being rinsed until 99.9% of the caffeine has been removed without compromising on taste.

We always recommend buying whole bean coffee as this is the best for freshness. We are however happy to grind our coffee to your specification if this is how you would prefer it. Please note, we only supply ground coffee in 227g and 500g bags.
